Charging $1.50 (or ANY FEE) FOR PAYING ON-LINE IS RIDICULOUS. When I called to complain about it, the woman had the nerve to tell me that AMEREN charged TEN DOLLARS TO DO IT…….. I pay Ameren on-line EVERY MONTH and they don’t charge a dime, and no one else does either!
The amount of chemicals that have been added to the water is insane. Even after boiling for 5 plus minutes all you can taste is chemicals, I might as well let my daughter drink the bleach under the sink.
I absolutely hate this place!!😡 They overcharge are rude and our only option. I pass 3-4 water companies to pay for it. And late/ disconnect fees are out of control. They won’t call or knock on the door if you forget about the bill. Hopefully you are not in the shower. …
Boil orders and conservation are unavoidable. Alternate plans after the last flood should be obvious. And in any case, the total lack of empathy or communication is ludicrous. You guys should look at the Fire District on some clues on how to better serve and communicate with your customers.
update 5/12/2017, So I just hung up with the office of the PWSD2, they are”hopeful” that the boil order might be lifted next Wednesday. So yet another week of boiling water. …
This place is a total joke. Don’t try to pay by check as they will not post it and charge you a late fee. My bill has more than doubled the last few years with no increased usage, they are greedy and fee happy. Water quality is “hard” and just awful for the money these clowns charge.
