It would be nice if they could give courtesy call before shutting your water off. They do get it back on as soon as they shut it off.
It’s hard to believe in the times we live in they don’t have an automatic payment system in place. Other then that they are very nice people to work with.
Crummy situation. But to them, having the weekend off is more important than me and my 2.5 having our water back on. Maybe invest in online and auto payments?
I’ve never encountered anyone in this office who was rude they’ve always been helpful and nice. My only complaint would be that it can be a little difficult to pay your bill, but that’s a minor thing.

I love the people that work here. I’ve always had a great experience. It gives me that homey small town vibe everytime I come in to pay. Everyone working here has been nothing but nice when I come in.

The only bill that can not be paid online or be put on auto pay. I think there would be fewer difficulties if this were changed.
