Called to report that one of their water meter covers was not on the meter and locked, They were very nice and fixed the issue promptly. Its nice to see that the employees of this district are still as nice and helpful as they were 40 yrs. ago.
These people will attempt to steal from you every chance they get. Send you a bill for example 2/15 due then 2 days later disconnect you and try to charge you on top. Good luck attorney has been called.
I’ve never had issues here, and the staff is friendly. But the late fee is less than the credit/debit fee, which often makes me late on the bill because I don’t want to pay online and incur the fee, and I don’t always carry cash. But, small annoyance for otherwise decent service.
We move into our new home on friday june 30th at 4pm. The water district is closed and the water is shut off. We are without water all weekend. I call the wayer district monday at 8:30 am. The require a $15 deposit. I expkain that I still …

The hours open are very inconvenient for anyone who works 8-5 The CC fee is not the normal 3.5%. it’s more around 15-20% Quit ridiculous if you ask me.. my $12 CC fee should have been .42¢ with the normal fee.
