Love this place… that’s not something you normally hear about a hospital!! The staff is the best of any hospital I have been to, there have been many! Do not let the reviews scare you away, find out for yourself!!
Went to the ER and over heard the staff joking and laughing at my sickness the ER is the worst in the area I get treated way better at Gritman in Moscow do yourself a favor and drive to another state to get treated like a human being.
Was in there tonight and very pleased they do a good job in and out pretty quick because they do the job right the only ones that I’ve seen on the here leaving bad reviews are a bunch of damn drug addicts trying to get their pain pills so they can get high
I called to see which exit to wait for my mom to be released. The man that answered the phone told me “come in the emergency room door and I’ll bring her out to you. ” The same man just berated me for walking in said door.
Run fast run far !!! The only reason I gave it one star is because I have to in order to write this review.ICU night shift nurses are rude and arrogant not only to the patients but also their coworkers .sub standard care at best
Only giving it one star because I have to. Disgusted with the service and the fact that the nurse told me i was faking it as i was convulsing on the waiting room floor. Another nurse had to GOOGLE MY DIAGNOSIS as she didn’t know what it was. Beyond shocked and sad i wasted my time here
Worst facilities by far. They just amazingly keep worse. I have had bad experiences and so has many of my family members. If you need emergency services please do yourself a favor and go to Moscow.
Need to give the nurses aptitude tests annually… It’s that simple… Some need to retire … Others need to find another field to get into… If you’re lucky you will find one with common sense… That’s all… Nothing more…
Im currently running a fever of 100.9 went to er they said 3 hour wait due to game night last night when i was in er it was 100.6 they expected a sick person to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours this hospital is terrible all around if I die …
They see you and don’t help you. Last night home a good reason not to go back I had allergic reaction to Bug bites and they did nothing! I was sent home. I have had some of my family and friends go in for thing’s to and they didn’t help sent them out without helping me
Awful place. Waited over 3 hours to find out nothing. They didn’t even tell me what was wrong, just sent me home with ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer. Doctor talked over me while I was trying to explain what hurt. Still in bad pain while typing this. They did nearly nothing
I ran my hand grinder into my finger was no longer able to move it. I could see the sliver sticking out of my finger; I tried to pull it out myself but it was incredible painful and very deep, so I opted to go to the ER. The front desk man …
Just had a fasting blood draw. A young man named Jacob did my test. He was polite, professional, and kind. I have always felt the PRH lab does a great job. If I need a blood test I always ask to have it sent to PRH.
Brought my 2 month old in because her pediatrician said she needed immediate care due to her not being able to breathe. The front desk guy was super rude didn’t even let me talk and we waited 20 minutes in the emergency room to be seen! …
Sitting for 2 hours to get a nail removed from my boot from working and they told me to wait a little longer as I’m sitting here my foot is throbbing aswell as me seeing tiny stars. I feel like yackin
We had both of our babies at PRH in 2017 and 2018 and received excellent care. The doctors, nurses and the entire staff were professional, kind and caring. If I lived out of the area I would travel to have my baby at PRH.
Thank you Dr. Pennington & team.
Outstanding physicians, nurses & staff. Incredibly watchful of my needs after knee replacement surgery. Highly recommend. Thank you!
I have been to the ER multiple times. One doctor is amazing. Another doctor has anger issues and provides little medical aid, which are major issues in an ER. I filed a report and will now go to Gritman hospital in Moscow, ID.
I recently had my daughter at Pullman Regional. I had the most exceptional birthing experience. The nurses were compassionate and went above and beyond to care for me and my daughter.
My husband Darrell was treated very well at this hospital. Everyone was very kind and caring. I believe this is why he came home as soon as he did. I highly recommend this hospital and so does Darrell Bruce.

Everyone (reception, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, food services, etc.) was professional and seemed to genuinely care for my dad and his visitors. Dr. Klempel and Paul in the ER were amazing. Especially Paul, he’s excellent, caring and very attentive. Had to go back for an MRI on a Saturday, of all days, and the traveling MRI tech was so kind and kept me well informed through all the scans. PRH is a fantastic choice for a hospital on the Palouse!
I’ve had two surgeries at PRH and could not be more pleased with the level of care I received. The doctors, nurses, and staff were kind, courteous, and even went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m so glad we have this gem here on the Palouse.
Big shout-out to Pullman Regional Hospital’s Same-Day Surgery team! They took great care of me during my laparoscopy. Thank you so much for your hard work and your amazing bedside manner.

I give it one star because 3 weeks ago I got sick with an infection and they did nothing, they just gave me a medication of 4 pills which I never felt good, very bad service and I will complain elsewhere for leaving people like this and …
My father recently had surgery at Pullman Regional Hospital. Everyone (reception, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, food services, etc.) was professional and seemed to genuinely care for my dad and his visitors. The facility is clean and well laid out. We would definitely use Pullman Regional Hospital again.
My daughter had a lab draw today. The employees here at the hospital… from the lab sign in, to the lab technician to the volunteer in the gift store, to the food servers in the cafeteria seem very kind and professional. Really an extra …
Er is horrible everytime I go to the er I’m always treated horribly.there was only one time, that I was treated at least a little decent. My last visit was extremely horribly. I went in because I messed up my knee and couldn’t walk. …
Have been there multiple times. Has been worse and worse every time. The nurses couldn’t stop saying “ummmm” and misspeaking like they were drunk. Not ridiculous but professionalism makes me feel comfortable when im at a hospital for …
The lab in the out patient services is really awful. EVERYTIME I come to get blood drawn something IS ALWAYS billed wrong, they are never helpful, the front office has attitude every time and to get the to be even a little helpful it’s like …
Unfortunately I am there alot,
as a pacient. In many different departments of care.
I feel so lucky to have one of the very best hospitals in America.
Big shout-out to Pullman Regional Hospital’s Same-Day Surgery team! They took great care of me during my laparoscopy. Thank you so much for your hard work and your amazing bedside manner.
Today’s experience with the ER was incredibly offensive. Due to heavy bleeding after a head bump, we took our 2-year-old child here. While all patients immediately before and after us were given a room, ER nurses made the three of us stand …
