We have waiting since 6 PM this evening. It’s now 10 PM. No ambulance. I guess it’s fine to have an elderly man with a broken leg waiting for 4 hours. Very disappointed.
Just watched a Pulse driver deliver a patient back home at our condo in pikeville with her mask on her chin the whole time she was in close quarters with the patient. Don’t understand that. Aren’t driver’s required to wear masks while with clients??
Called 12:06pm for patient to be picked up. Pulse told me they will be there asap. 12:46pm called again, was told 20 minutes. 1:06pm called again, was told 7-10 minutes. 1:18pm still no transportation. 1:26 Pulse finally shows up. The wait is rediculous. Patient claimed they have never waited so long for Pulse before.
My mother 87 year old was charged $416 for an ambulance ride .06 miles from the hospital to rehab, only to find out that Medicare would not cover BC it was not medically necessary. Uumm, how would we have otherwise taken her to rehab…oh …

We used Pulse to transport family from Baltimore MD to Huntington WV. They were on time and very professional. The drivers treated our family member very respectful. I would highly recommend this company for medical state to state transport. They made sure he was comfortable during the long trip. Thank you Pulse!!

This is one of the best medical transportation companies. The new Management has been more than exceptional.
