  1. Was given a new modem and router no talk of charges at the time of installation called when got my bill lady said 60 for new box and 45 for bill wasn’t happy called an hour later got a new bill for 260 dollars lady then said router was 129 …

  2. Very often when I look forward to just watching a movie on Netflix or Hulu I gave no wifi available. It can be sunny, cloudy or raining! It is a big disappointment. Have had them out a couple of times to correct the problem. Weekends mostly! Looking for something else. Any suggestions?

  3. Not sure about TV but Internet constantly goes out. Rude most of the time and not very professional. The best decision I ever made was to go with Comcast.

  4. It’s the best internet service in New Paris for the price. Everytime I call with an issue they come out and address the issue. I’ve talked to the ladies in the office too. They’re respectful and speak English.

  5. Really hate the 1980s Scrolling tv guide with no info button. No on demand to see shows or movies you missed. No music channels. 15.75 for 1 HBO channel. With other cable companies you get 6 HBO channels for less than 10.00. Yfi up to 7 …

  6. Great speed! Customer service is great they pick up right away! It is nice having a local internet provider that you are able to call and get ahold of right away rather than a big business that leaves you on hold for hours. I recommend them to anyone local!

  7. This is a great cable provider. They always fix problems the same day. Usually even within a couple hours. They are always working on improving their service while keeping the prices low and competitive

  8. Always going out. Slower than what Comcast offers and more expensive. Too bad monopolies exist. Too many interruptions in service during this COVID crisis. My daughter could not check in for school and I could not do my work. Since I have no other viable option, they have no impetus to improve. Welcome to parasitic capitalism.

  9. Edit: Frontier is now offering ADSL2+ 24/1 aka 3MB/125kb where I live on the southside of town. Check into it. They have to bond 2 phone lines. I’d recommend asking them to just put cat5 cable from where phone line connects to the home and …

  10. Channels are always going out.. usually after I’m half way through a program…grr so frustrating! And the price just keeps getting higher… I should be compensated for program loss!

  11. Expensive internet with terrible quality. Goes out multiple times a day which is VERY inconvenient when you work from home!!! If anyone knows of a diff option is this area, I’d love to know!!!
