I am furious with this place. I Went to have glasses made. They took my insurance and copsy to ONLY tell me after that they don’t take the insurance for the glasses. Very nada busuness practice. Complaints in store ll around

I’ve had cataract surgery on both eyes 11 months apart. One by Dr. Quigley and this one two days ago by Dr Kai-Lewis . On both occasions the experience and results could not have been better ! Kudos to the entire staff .
It was a half an hour after my appointment time that I was finally seen to begin the process for the eye exam. All went smoothly after that.

I was very disappointed with my appointment. The waiting room is packed and everyone was 45-60 minutes late getting seen. I don’t think a routine eye exam should take 2 hours. Staff told me they are short staffed and are all working overtime. I may have to go somewhere else next year.

My husband and my mother both have had procedures there for glaucoma & cataracts. I’m considering going there for Lasix surgery. Great, helpful & friendly staff; great doctors; a little pricier than other places, but worth it.
