All the other comments are true. It takes forever to get through to front desk and the receptionist are rude. Trying to make any appointment is impossible unless you’re making it in person. They don’t care about their patients which are their customers. Will switch my kids to another place friendlier.

Had to go in for a sick visit. We were able to get a same day (within an hour!) visit. When we got to the parking lot they had us wait in our car until a room opened and then we were sent directly to the room. Everyone is being safe and extra precautious. We’ve been super pleased with the care for our daughter. They’re very responsive to questions from new parents, both via the nurse hotline and in after hours requests to the on-call doctor.
