  1. (Translated by Google) Terrible service, I do not recommend coming here if you can move elsewhere.
They don’t have the equipment to serve you, they don’t even do it soon, they …

  2. (Translated by Google) Well, about 10 years ago I was here with my 1-month-old son, he had a fever and his skin was pale, the doctor came in and checked him and told me, ma’am, don’t be exaggerating, that child has nothing, undress him and …

  4. The worst hospital experience I’ve had. Save the time and drive to Moses lake hospital or ellensburg hospital. Wish I read all these reviews before I went there.

  5. Oops!!!! (I thought I was rating the QVCC when I at first gave 5 stars…Then, I Realized it was the Quincy Vally Medical Center/ER = Which is SOOOOO HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO Here, even in an Emergency!!!! DRIVE TO WENATCHEE or MOSES LAKE!!!

  6. Worst experience we have ever had at a hospital. It shouldn’t even be open for small injuries. Very unprofessional staff, and an even worse doctor. Boyfriend got transferred hours later after realizing that they had no idea what they were doing. The doctor actually asked me, “what should I be doing?” Do not go here!

  7. Terrible place. Maybe better if you can speak Spanish. Doctor Dietsch Fernando was rude as hell. Did not listen at all. Comes into room yelling without even introducing himself. He was Mexican. I was in a lot of pain. I stare in …

  8. This is literally the worst hospital I have ever been to. One of the nurses forgot to turn my IV on, after being transferred to a different hospital, they never sent my information after being asked THREE times, and I mean for christs sake, …

  9. Absolutely the worst experience. Unprofessional, all around. Dr. Dietsch, MD did not listen/ record accurately what My husband or I explained that happened when I fell and hit my head. After I refused treatment for anxiety, which I was not …

  10. My partner suffers from schizophrenia. She was having a fairly bad episode and was suicidal, so I called 911. When police and EMTs arrived, she was panicking and kind of out of it. She kept asking if she could take her service dog (he was …

  11. Literally slime when it comes to setting a standard for medical care. US health care is baseline trash. This place is the slime that seeps from the bottom of a broken waste bin. Thought I was having a heart attack, went to the ER, waited in …

  12. Have been seen at the Wound Clinic here since December for my father. He has been treated exceptionally well by all the staff we have come in contact with from Reception, Nursing staff and the ER Dr. They go out of their way to ensure he …

  13. Long story short, my kiddo did not receive the proper care he needed. I don’t know if it’s because my husband and kiddo were out of town guests but please do better. Nothing worst than having a provider who’s treating you doing a half a** job.

  14. My father has been a patient here for 10 years, & his doctor broke the patient/doctor confeditiality law. The Doctor went above & beyond what he WASN’T suppose to do, & ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. I took the steps to have what he …

  15. Multiple visits we have been left waiting for long periods only to be brushed off. My husband had sliced into his thumb and the doctor didn’t even come in the room to look at it, just talked from the hallway. My daughter once fell and hit …

  16. We have had a handful of experiences with QVMC. The most important one was for our 4week old baby girl that had stopped breathing off and on. We went in to the ER and right away they knew she needed to be checked for RSV and given extra oxygen. The staff was kind and informative.

  17. We waited for over an hour for a dr to come see my son who was extremely sick and coughing up blood and was told he just had influenza and nothing they could do for him and didn’t warrant an er visit and sent us home.

  18. Everyone was kind and professional. Explained the needs and were encouraging, concerned about my comfort and checked in frequently. I felt very well taken care of.

  19. After reading all the negative reviews of our Quincy Valley Hospital I feel compelled to leave a positive one in light of our upcoming bond issue. I had a severe heart attack in 2013 and I was thankful for our ER at QVH. They stabilized …

  20. I was being treated for a car accident, I was left alone, and the only time I saw the Dr I was pretty out of it and all I could remember was him pushing on my stomach. I overheard the Dr and nurse talking to each other about why I was …

  21. The Nurse was amazing & and so was the ER Tech. The Dr bedside manner was less the ideal. However the rest of the staff made up for his rudeness and lack of compassion, he made me feel like I was wasting his time and I didn’t need to be seen, I had just been re ended and my car is a complete loss.

  22. I can’t say enough about the care I received. The staff was incredible and so personable the comfort level was a 100 %.And the paramedic’s went above and beyond their duties…there are not enough words.

  23. I am very pleased with my experience. In and out in under 4 hours, 3 stitches to close a deep wound, and a willingness to explain what they were doing and why made the experience more educational than scary.

  24. As young first time parents we took our son to the ER after falling off the couch and onto his play house resulting in a black eye, I was already skeptical about taking him to the Quincy ER because what I have heard especially About Dr. …

  25. I was in a rollover crash a few days ago and taken to Quincy hospital. I was the passenger and the car was totaled. I was told nothing about my injuries. While I laid on the table waiting for my CT scan the nurses hovering over me asked the …

  26. If I could give Zero stars I would. Took my young daughter in with stomach pain after having it on and off for two weeks. She had already been to urgent care in Moses lake a few days prior and I was told bring her back if conditions worsen. …

  27. Great caring staff! The folks at Sageview Clinic are so kind and very thorough. I never feel rushed and always get my questions answered. I love being able to access my information on my chart and appreciate the ability to message my providers.

  28. Everyone was amazing. Nice, polite, prompt. Constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. I believe it was the shortest time I’ve had to spend in the E.R. All questions were answered and I never felt rushed to leave. Amazing service! So thankful for the wonderful people that work there!

  29. My wife and I are in our seventies. We moved to the Quincy area 3 years ago. We have had 2 occasions to utilize ER. We found our experience at this hospital to be absolutely a breath of fresh air, after living in a larger city with a …
