Awful billing practices. Every few months we get a bill from their billing company demanding payment for a bill that they acknowledge has been paid. I have called and written a dispute per letter and they just keep sending the bills a year later. Use somewhere else or risk your credit rating being impacted.
They sent a less than $40 bill to collections that I didn’t even know existed, and I never received a single call from them. …
