Pay cash up front and then cross your fingers that the test results actually get sent to the doctor without them having to call and find out where the hell they are. Apparently if ‘the system’ isn’t in the know,they can’t just look AT THE SCRIP THE DOCTOR SENT YOU THERE WITH TO GET THE NAME, NUMBER AND SEND THE RESULTS
Came here for a Calcium Score. Beautiful facility. Definitely doesn’t look like your average doctor’s office. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back again.
I usually don’t leave reviews but I will make an exception in this case. I was extremely satisfied with the service that was rendered at this facility. The staff was very cordial and I was seen very soon after arriving. They explained everything and provided answers to all my questions. I highly recommend this radiology group.
Great staff and facilities. Easy to get an appt. Staff courteous, sympathetic, friendly and professional. Rachael was outstanding. She handled the scheduling and also did my CAT Scan. I would definitely recommend, and will use RAI again.

People working in the office were pompous and unnecessarily rude, they talk to you like a child at a pediatrician.I was only there three times, each for a short visit, and I hope my insurance covers another place close to me, I don’t want to go back if I have the choice.
Every person I encountered for my MRI was caring & kind. Can’t say enough about their attention to my worries. The open MRI “room” at RAI is the way to go should you need their services. Thank you for all your care, attention to detail, and kindness.

Office doesn’t care about welfare of patients. They wanted me to drive 1/2 hour the morning after a state of emergency snow storm and when I didn’t show they would not let me “reschedule my no-show” with out my credit card. People who answer the phones are extremely rude and it is clear they must also hate working here.
Scheduling was a breeze; was able to get a same day appointment too which was great! The tech Kelly in U/S is fantastic. She has great bedside manner, thoroughly explained each step, made me extremely comfortable and at ease. Will definitely be using RAI in the future and recommending them to my friends and family.

Great experience during my MRI. My tech was very considerate to my needs and explained the process thoroughly .. She Asked me multiple times if I was comfortable during the MRI . They also took me in right away (be on time for your appointment) .
