We have not been to this location but the company provided services while my wife was in the hospital and their billing department was extremely rude when we called to pay the bill.

This isn’t an actual radiology office at all! DO NOT PAY ONLINE OR PAY OVER THE PHONE. They have sent very “official” looking bills threatening collections for services already paid. Call you insurance company first. Call the hospital where services were performed first. You will discover that you HAVE NO BILL.
