  4. Grossly over priced. I was charged double what I would have paid for an ultrasound at other facility . Plus I was charged for a different scan that I neither asked for nor received. After I requested a review, they concluded they were right, so I now owe 3 times what I was expecting to pay. Not a satisfied customer.

  6. Great imaging staff but billing and claims!!! Ridiculously unhelpful. Two years in a row I have had to hold their hands while they file claims with insurance.

  7. If you make payments on time and you have payment arrangements set up, you are still automatically turned into collections. It’s how their system is set up.

  18. They employees were awesome, but the billing service leaves a lot to be desired. THREE different bills for the same procedure with THREE different amounts and they threaten to send you to collections before you get the final amount.
