Same complaint as everybody else. The right hand does not know (or care) what the left hand has already collected.
Horrible billing. Not responsive to resolution. I have contacted multiple times for resolution for they did not properly file insurance. I will never use them again willingly.
I was charged twice using their online system and it took almost a month to receive my refund.
Employee singing so loudly in the back that you hear her in the waiting room. It was not comforting but more like unsettling. Unprofessional and unwanted. Evidently she thinks people want to hear her sing.
I paid up front for service’s provided, never received a bill after but somehow end up in collection’s for money already paid.
The entire staff was gracious, accommodating and helpful. No long wait, totally efficient process. I highly recommend.
This facility is poor and I would never go back to Navicent. They do not even send the bill to your home in the first place. By the way the insurance has paid you Radiology.
By far this is the worst center that I have ever dealt with. First of all, my insurance covers a yearly mammogram that only requires me to pay a copay. So, I’m not understanding why I owe these people. Very disgusted…..
We had a 2 pm appointment for my granddaughter. We arrived at 1:40 we were asked to arrive 15 minutes before appointment. The receptionist was asleep at the sign in window. We had to wake her up. Talk about unprofessional. We were finally called at 2:40.

These people billed my insurance, was paid in full and still billed me. They sent me to collections, my lawyer sent them a check, they never updated their collections agency and I am still being harassed. Ridiculous!!!!
Two women at the MRI reception window were rude and surly. Would not allow my wife to wait with me in waiting room. Will inform my doctor I will NEVER come here again!
