You guys need to figure out your billing situation. I never received a bill until I was sent a final notice and I can’t pay it because it already went to collections. Why aren’t you part of mythedacare?
Contacted Radiology Associates several times regarding their billing code error being sent to my insurance company.. after several calls and hours on hold the issue is still unresolved.. terrible customer service
Horrible customer service, been trying to get a hold of billing and they won’t answer after calling all week a dozen times, no return voice mail. Now I’m just trying to call the office during normal business hours and no dial time just straight to voicemail. Customer service in the medical industry is a joke.
