  2. I got a text and calls from them BEFORE I knew I owed them money. I didn’t have them do anything but owe $200. They want the money RIGHT now. I hope I don’t or any of my providers use them again….. I will pay but give me a chance before you start saying my bill is past due etc. Horrible

  3. I usually never give bad reviews however this incident warrent one. Out of no where got a degotory remarks on our credit history for not paying $19. Seriously?! I’ve never used their services (directly), apparently the hospital used their services but how do we pay the bill unless we get one.

  4. Wonderful results from a varicose vein surgery on both legs. Both doctor and nurse were kind, compassionate and professional. Highly recommend the procedure. I was up and moving that evening. Sure beat the old way of doing it by stripping the veins and having many scars.

  5. I choose RCI over the hospitals and others because the atmosphere is not the typical cold and sterile feeling. The staff are all friendly and make you feel comfortable. I’ve always gotten right in. A big asset is the price is lower since no huge overhead. I honestly give them a stellar review.

  7. They sent me to collections without ever trying to reach out to me directly. They also did not disclosure that they are a 3rd party that works with CHI…a lawsuit for malpractice vis a vis lack of informed consent is what I would recommend if something similar has happened to you.

  13. I always ask to have imaging done here rather than the hospital. RCI staff are friendly and move things along quickly. I’ve rarely had to wait more than a few minutes.

  17. Nice people who helped me during biopsy. But I wish I was laying down. I almost passed out. I am chlostophobic and 3 people in a small area was a lot for me plus the pressure of the mammogram. So it was very stressful for me.

  18. Having heard a lot of negative feedback about getting a mammogram, I did not find this to be true at RCI. The technician was informative, courteous, and conscientious of my comfort. The entire exam took less than 10 minutes and she left me feeling well cared for.

I called yesterday and was given the wrong information on my insurance, by someone that was in a rush to get me off the phone.I called back like 30 minutes later and someone different answered the phone and was very pleased and took the time to look up my insurance. Today I had X-rays and the staff was efficient and kind.

  26. RCI is fast, efficient and friendly. My tests didn’t take long, I didn’t have to wait. I always go to RCI for all my imaging tests, as they are also the low cost provider if I have to pay for any tests out of pocket.

  29. I’m always very impressed with how smoothly the clinic is run and the kindness of the staff, especially in mammography. Its not a fun thing to have done but having such wonderful women doing it makes it so much better!

  30. I was there for an ultrasound but it felt more like spa day. Diffuser, soothing music, great tech, no wait. Honestly, I don’t know what they could have done better.

  33. Staff was wonderful, very polite and caring, especially since we interrupted a meeting. We were told to go at 1230 then go to a Dr apt at 1. Th hry were closed from 1115-1 for a mtg but managed to get us in early so we didnt miss our apt. Very gentle with my broken bones. Loved the Christmas decorations!

  34. everyone was super nice and the lady that did my actual ultrasound (feel so bad forgetting her name) was so sweet and chill and made me feel much more relaxed about a such a scary situation. felt like i was just talking with a friend instead of getting probed. will definitely go back when needed

  35. The technician was very kind, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She let me know what was happening and answered my questions. I have had her several times and she has been amazing every visit.
