  1. I got charged extra with x-ray exam and radiologic exam which is the same. I received a very late paper bill, and they want you to pay right away. Yes, they are part of the SwedishAmerican. Will never come back again.

  2. I have a bill in collections from this place. I don’t ever remember going there for anything and I never received a bill for anything. I also have medical insurance. This is now on my credit report.

  3. Make sure you keep track of your bills and payments – this company will overcharge you for services already paid by your insurance, send erroneous bills to collection without informing you, and not apply your payments to your account. Very rude customer service too.

  4. I was not aware of a bill in the mail, and to my surprise found a collection for $59 on my credit report. Unfortunate timing considering I am attempting to purchase a new house. 50-100 points off your credit report can get expensive..

  6. If I could give one star I would!! A VA doctor was the one to order the testing that was done at Swedish American. I never got a bill, even from the collection agency and found it when I was checking my credit report. This is $633 that should have been paid already.

  8. Do not use this place. I’ve been sent to collections over a $45 dollar unpaid bill that I have never received. All of their billing is subcontracted to a company in Hinsdale il. that will not contact you through phone, e mail or mail. I’ve only found out through a credit monitoring app that this charge is lingering out there.

  9. My insurance company paid my bill and they were supposed to write off the rest per the contract with the insurance company. Just recieved a letter saying I am going to collection for $500. I have called to resolve this three times before. Each time the price has gone up.

  11. Same as all the other reviews! Except we paid ours 2 years ago and they sent the same bill to another collection agency trying to get paid twice! Phone number goes straight to voicemail with no calls returned.

  12. Same here. Never received a bill or call regarding balance of $34! Went to collections, dropping my credit score…! Called and paid balance. Asked to have collections removed immediatly and they complied. We will see…Stay tuned!

  16. Radiology Consultants of Rockford billing department , do not answer their phones or return calls. They submitted my mammogram visit to Blue Cross, I am on medicare and do not have Blue Cross, a very inept company. They need to do better!

  17. I have gotten a bill email that says it is outstanding. No idea what it is for and being told that they are sending me to collections. Never been notified before the email.???? Can’t find a phone number to call where I can be helped.
