  1. A radiologist at RRC literally saved my life with her keen vision and expertise. Really. If she hadn’t seen what she saw, I wouldn’t be here.

    I was worried about the pain I was expecting. ( I had had a previous one that hurt bad) This was totally different. It was not uncomfortable at all.

  5. If you want to get a feel of what socialist medicine will look like, visit Radiology regional on Broadway. The manager sets the wrong tone. She is not smart, rude and arrogant.

  6. Both Luanne and Santana were very professional and friendly during my mammogram and bone density tests. I was in and out in a timely manner and made sure that I was comfortable during the tests.

  13. The waiting room was freezing and no available chair for me to sit.. So the receptionist brought me to another room. The nurse during the procedure was very attentive.

  20. Radiology regional is still keeping people safe by wearing masks and making sure everyone else wears it. I took one star away only because the people that sit outside and take all their mask and leave them on the seats outside. It would be nice if someone would check on that every so often.

  22. Very professional and clear with their instructions. There was a short wait time but that is to be expected. The staff went out of their way to see that those waiting were distancing themselves from each other due to the Covid-19.

  23. The center on Broadway appeared new and certainly clean. My appointment was on time, my technician was polite and seemed competent. I don’t know yet if my results have been delivered properly, or if the billing is done right. If so, I’ll be quite happy. UPDATE: My scans were sent to my doctor. Thanks.

  30. I have been going to Radiology Regional for 20 + years. From the front office, to the technicians, and finally to the Doctors, they have always been courteous, and professional . During these times dealing with COVID-19, they have taken extra precautions for keeping the patients safe. These actions are appreciated.

Getting a dexa scan for my doctor made me nervous, But Betty was wonderful, as she explained each step of what she was doing, it is not like an MRI, open on all sides and laying on type of bed , it something above me that scanned my bone structure, it was quick and it was painless. They will make the patient sign a self pay form to perform an STAT service ( requested by the physician only when the life of a patient is at RISK) and is an urgency so they have a a document signed and they can keep the money. Hope this people goes out of service, they have abusive policies.
