Good customer service. They’re trying to satisfy.
Here in the last few weeks it is off more than it is on. Very frustrating since I use it for work.
If you like getting half the speeds you pay for, it’s a solid service to invest in.
This may actually be my second review but these people are a joke. Been with them for 3 years and along with bad service (esp on weekends), front desk people are rude! I had to leave and go with socket. Ugh.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. The service installer, Justin, went above and beyond to help me get my wifi set up. Someone give him a raise please!
Customer serivce is a joke, calling into the office is a joke. Service went down called left a message, no response. Got service going again on my own, service went down a week later called and now its good. We will see…
We have excellent signal where we live and we are able to stream movies and be on Xbox live at the same time. The installation was quick and the staff was very helpful.
The only reason we still have this “service” is because no one else will come out to our area. And I could only imagine trying to do my work with this. No way in hell I could ever accomplish anything on this. I guess the term “high-speed” is very broad to these people.
My wifi goes out weekly now and i can never seem to get it fixed i also don’t understand how i pay for speed that i will never reach this company should have gone downhill 15 years ago but yet its still here

We live in the middle of belle and we are lucky if we have internet after 6-7 pm each night due to it repeatedly shutting off and on.. Slow speeds when it does work so makes streaming complicated trash service
Unfortunately, this is the only internet for us due to location. However, I think they could do a little better about updating their FB page regarding outages or heck just respond to our emails regarding outages.
If only there were faster speeds to choose from…sigh….other than that, it’s an excellent service, friendly people and courteous service! We rarely have downtime or disconnection due to weather.

These reviews are not joking. Would be half manageable if the owner gave a darn. He doesn’t though so as service/equipment degrades they just tell you they are coming out and no one ever shows up. I’ve called three times. I have 33% packet loss on a daily basis and I’m paying for 10Mbps and only getting 5Mbps. Absolute Joke!
