Decent staff but way too many people seeking care there, and long waits! Was told yesterday afternoon that it would be a 2-hour wait so I left. Didn’t want to sit inside a crowded waiting room with a bunch of sick folks (myself included) …

Came in after finding i was sick from traveling. They were fast in trying to get me seenNice first customer interface, getting checkwas fast and the doctor was efficient.
Excellent service both from the medical staff and the front desk. They were friendly and efficient while also ensuring that everything was addressed properly. Highly recomend!
Wonderful kind people and a really ‘special’ doc (from Taos) woman…loved her and everyone was only so helpful, over years have been to other Urgent Care, no comparison between Railyard and others…. this is an outstanding place, better than St. V’s ER by ‘batting 100’…Thank you.
I am truly grateful for the kindness and generosity of the staff at Railyard Urgent Care, particularly Melisha and Dr. Roy Addington, who both showed me great compassion and care. Thank you!
If you have to go to urgent care, go to Railyard Urgent Care. The folks are kind, friendly, professional and efficient. Great and expeditious care. Thank you!
Ive bern here several times for the same minor isdues. Doctor told me i cpukd call in next time i was having the issue and rheyd call in prescription. Called today and the reveptionist refusef to dp so. I took ofg work and go abd and same receptionist refuses to see me because my id recently expired. So frustrating
Outstanding professional staff! Dr Watson, superior practice. This group is attentive and i am very grateful they cared for me in an urgent situation. HIGHLY recommended.
Not impressed. Paid my copayment. The temp doc did absolutely nothing. Told me to go to Walgreens and buy some over the counter stuff. Waste of time and money. Oh and I’m sure they will bill my insurance hundreds of dollars.
It is very clean. They are always helpful at the front desk with any questions about insurance. There is usually not too long of a wait. And the doctors and assistants are always super helpful with any questions I had.
Great service, excellente doctors. Yesterday I came in with a kidney infection, I felt horrible. They helped me right away, got the medication I needed and I feel better already.
These folks work so hard and keep a great attitude with all of the clients. They are busy because they are so good. They should be a model of what excellent customer care should be.
Everyone was so helpful! I got in right away and the doctor took so much time to listen to me and help me figure out my problem. I didn’t expect so much great service from an urgent care. What sweet people!
It’s the best urgent care in town I live in Santa Fe by the south side library this urgent care is totally worth the drive. The receptionist is a great person & Dr.Watson is amazing he’s friendly and cares about your needs.
Best of the best urgent medical services provider in town! Short wait times, courteous staff, knowledgeable docs, a beautiful building and modern interior decoration. Ask to see the owner Dr. Watson, if he’s available he will treat you right!
I’m from out of town. My friend fell and hurt her hand. We brought her here. The staff was awesome! Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Ana J. was awesome! So friendly and helpful with everyone. Definitely a good place to go.
They processed me into their system with efficiency and sweetness.
The doctor made a diagnosis. Said I needed an x-ray and moments later
I was x-rayed and within minutes the doctor came an confirmed the disagnois. …
Loved this place! All the staff was so friendly, the atmosphere was great, and everything was new and clean. I was in and out in under an hour and the doctor was truly caring for my son that was sick. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!!
Had a Dr. tell me today that the longer I keep him in there talking (after a serious claim and diagnosis) the more rooms are filling up and if I wanted he’d go get a scalpel to cut me open, stating further he really didn’t care. NOTE: Did …
Love this place. They’re fast and professional with great bedside manner. I was treated by Melisha and Roy who both made me laugh and gave me great care. I got x-rays and Melisha made sure to give me a disc with all the images they would want at the orthopedics office. Highly recommend this place.
This is by far the Best Urgent Care in Santa Fe!
The Staff is good! The Doctor’s are Outstanding! I recommend this place to all out friends and family! 30 minutes your in and out!
I have been here three times recently- yes, there is a wait but it is totally worth it. The staff here is caring and committed to our well-being. Highly recommend Railyard!
I was an idiot while mountain biking and caused a large laceration on my leg that needed stitches. I was in Santa Fe from out of town and had to make a best guess for urgent care. So glad I chose Railyard. Troy and his team were quick, friendly and competent. I was so lucky to find them. They had me stitched up in no time.
6 weeks pregnant and undergoing some severe nausea. My OB asked that I go to urgent care to get some IV fluids for dehydration rather than go to the ER and risk getting sick or wait for a long time. I had lost my wallet with my insurance …
Great staff! Excellent medical care. If you are traveling and need urgent medical care delivered professionally, efficiently, and competently with a personal flair, this is the best medical facility to visit in Santa Fe.
Only go here if you have no other option. The front desk staff is marginally friendly although completely humorless, and Dr. Watson is friendly. However, there absolutely no tolerance for follow up at this facility. If you are not better in …
My recently-turned 18 year old daughter was suffering from an ailment and we couldn’t figure out what it was. We came to this office because of the reviews, and they said she couldn’t be seen because she didn’t have a Real ID. This was …
What a joke. The doctor NP saw me for 15 minutes and charged me 150.00. Then sent me off for prescriptions. Didn’t offer a saline cleaning for a bloody nose or simple Ibruprofen for a sore throat. Just sent me off into the cold with a bloody nose and sore throat. Same way I went in same way I came out. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
Bleach overload..
If you have respiratory issues or rather you don’t want to be exposed to dangerous bleach gases, avoid coming here. I waited outside to aboid exposure. The …
Strange to love an Urgent Care so much but I cannot recommend this place enough. The professionalism, politeness and knowledge is reassuring when you aren’t feeling well. Dr. Watson and staff are wonderful.
I’ve been here one other time and everyone was great. Today Kathy helped me out at the front desk and she was very sweet very patient. Definitely found a great urgent care to come to. Thank you!
This is a place that gave my daughter awesome care. Their kindness and professionalism was amazing. She was terrified because she had gotten a bead lodged up her nose (she’s 4) and they had it out within a matter of 2 minutes. We will definitely return, hopefully without another bead incident.
I went in today because I believe I have a kidney infection. I don’t have any money, I’m waiting on my check. I don’t have insurance. The staff at the desk didn’t say hi until I did. I explained my situation and right away they demanded …
At 5 p.m. on a Saturday, my choices for my (screamingly unhappy) left eye were: ER, urgent care, or wait ’til Monday (ha!). Simce I’d already had one sleepless night, I figured the ER and waiting were both out and headed to Railyard Urgent …
There was no triage the day I went. I did not have a good experience with the non-medical staff and many mistakes were made by them. However, one of the owners, a doctor, called me later and we had a productive conversation. I have mixed feelings as to whether I would use them again…
The staff is awesome and super professional. The office is very clean, and the doctors and nurses really seem to know what they’re talking about. We have been here twice now, and would go again, and would recommend this urgent care.
We were on vacation when my husband got sick and could NOT breathe. Railyard assessed and acted quickly to get him feeling better. Excellent outside coordination of care, made our flight with the oxygen necessary to keep him out of the …
Final update:. After sending them a review I received a call from Dr. Watson he talked me through everything which is exactly what I was hoping for. He also addressed my coughing and went above and beyond with advice. He’s going to address …
I had a very weird experience here about a year ago that I wanted to share. I came in exhibiting very odd symptoms following a sting ray sting. The entire side of my body on which I had been stung was tingly and numb. I was told by the …
The reason I did not give a five star rating is because a prescription for Tylenol for pain related to a broken metacarpal was not called in to Walgreens as we were told it would be. My sister is a heart patient and is limited in what she …
The staff were kind and the doctor seemed knowledgeable, but they have been horrible about communicating with me regarding the results of my lab tests. They are very hard to reach and slow to respond. I have been trying to get them to email me my records for a week.

On Monday morning I took my children to be seen. The lady at the front was absolutely rude. Had no sense of customer service or even integrity for that matter. I am very disappointed in the attention and service I received from this lady. I …
I came here Sunday 2/24/19 with my daughter who is 8, because she had a high fever. The doctor called her back and they did the normal routine, looked in her ears, nose and throat. Checked her breathing etc. They didn’t do a flu swab …
Went in on Saturday 9/1/18. This is a good option for after hour emergencies. The Nurse Practioner was efficient and polite. Only thing I would say is the receptionist needs to be a little less robot like. She is human…. we are human she could probably smile and be a little nicer.
Incredibly impressed with this urgent care. Clean. Efficient.
Receptionist(with the lovely British accent)was caring and patient.
Mark Stevens, a nurse practitioner, was impressive. Since I have multiple …
Dr. Addington and the rest of the staff that cared for my sick daughter were awesome and professional and friendly. They took great care of us in the short time we were there. Prescribed medicine and ice cream and we were on our way. Thank you Railyard Urgent Care.
Made an appointment at 3pm for 4:15pm. Was there at 3:45pm to fill-out paperwork. Dr saw me at 5:10pm which I thought was excellent for an urgent care facility. I told Dr. Watson what was wrong with me and what he should perscribe. He …
Not a touchy-feely place but definitely the best place around for really urgent care. One doctor is a former military medic and it shows. They took care of a deep laceration quickly and efficiently, and what could have been a life …
Clean comfortable waiting room and all the staff were excellent. Friendly and professional. Dr. Watson was very personable and thorough. Asked lots of questions and took the time to get a proper diagnosis and made sure I understood my next steps. Wish he was my primary care doctor!
I thought I had broken my wrist due to a fall onto concrete on a Saturday and went to Railyard Urgent Care on Sunday when my arm was still killing. I got quick, awesome care there and would highly recommend this urgent care. They took 3 …
A YEAR into this pandemic and no streamlined rapid Covid testing protocol?? A 3hr wait to get a swab?? You shouldn’t need to see a provider to get a rapid test to get to school or work. Oregon is light years ahead with rapid testing, no order needed, many drive-thrus without appointment needed! Get with it!!
I have been here twice and loved both doctors. The staff however was a pain in the neck. They were unorganized and unfriendly. While trying to check out, they insisted my second script was missing because it would be called in. When I …

We gave this office (employees) too many stars, too quickly. We thought we saw care & efficiency, which would have resulted in continued care & healing, not the case. The day after I came to UC very ill, the Dr. called, we were very …

Being lied to comes to mind. I was told it was a test for a sinus infection and all of a sudden up pops corvid’s ugly head. It was like we don’t have enough cases so lets add one more. with the wrong test. I was told this test that I was …
The staff at Railyard Urgent Care is just awesome and the office is super clean. The wait time is never too long and I can tell that the staff genuinely cares about its patients. It’s the only urgent care I go to in Santa Fe!
The younger front desk girl is extremely rude every time I have ever been there and is very unaccommodating. Last time I went in with only 1 person ahead of me and since I didn’t have my medicare card with me (they have it on file from …

Went in to urgent care, for a cough that had been around for 3 weeks. Maria and Karen were so sweet and quick to get me in. Dr. Watson was very professional and friendly! Would recommend this urgent care always!
What a wonderful experience! They were recommended by two different people and now I know why. As I walked in on Sunday, 12/15/19, the Receptionist disinfected the sign in pad and pen and was so compassionate as were the Doctor, two MA’s and X-ray technician.
I do not recommend this privately owned urgent care which does not operate as a normal urgent care chain or hospital urgent care. They take your copay and if you’re not feeling better they will not follow up with a Rx for your symptoms, …

From the greeting at the front door, to the doctors. I received awesome care and would love to thank all of you for making it a pleseant experience.
Considering COVID and the shortage of clinicians, I received great care as a non-COVID walk-in. Dr Addington and the x-ray tech, Melanie, were quick, professional, and kind. A good experience.

Went here December 2021 for a covid test. They billed me $200 and coded it as an office visit. Now they wont recode it to a covid assessment which would be free. Their billing department doesn’t ever call back. They don’t seem to care. They just threaten to send to collections. Don’t go here.

When you can’t afford and don’t have insurance, Railyard Urgent Care is the obvious choice. A visit to the ER could easily run $1000.00, which I can’t afford. I’ve gone here a couple of times now and have gotten incredible service. Staff is great and you leave feeling like you were very well taken care of.

Dr. Troy is an amazing physician. One of the best I’ve ever been to. He’s kind, patient, and isn’t rushing you out the door. He listens intently, and makes sure all your questions and concerns are answered. It’s rare to find a Dr. that cares as much as he does.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr Troy Watson and Railyard Urgent Care. My son fell and injured his nose. He had a deep cut and we thought I may haven been broken. We arrived at the clinic at 5 minutes before closing on New Year’s …

I was pretty disappointed. Went at 4:00 on a week day and it still took me about 2hrs. The doc told me I should’ve gotten a cheaper price but I was already running out of there cause of how long it had all taken. Didn’t have the energy left to haggle with the front desk lady for $30.
The wait time was long, yes. But we’re in a pandemic. I’ve taken two of my kids at different times and dates. We received friendly and thorough service from all the staff. The pricing is reasonable with no surprise giant bill. I value the …

Very efficient and friendly staff. I recommend this facility in case a need arises. The doctor gives attention to patient and explains the issues with his solutions.
Aside from the wait, which is to be expected, the attention and care by assistants and professionals is gratifying. They pay attention to detail and offer good explanations of diagnosis and treatment.
Good people, but was charged $241.00 for a thumb spica splint without the gentleman telling me the cost upfront. Next time I’ll get one from CVS for $30 bucks.

Dr. Watson, you are my hero!!!!

The entire staff at RUC is awesome! They were so kind and warm to my 89 year old father who was diagnosed with RSV. Also, our wait-time was totally understable given how strained all hospitals, ERs, and urgent care unites are these days. Thanks RUC–y’all seriously rock!!!
Fast service, very professional and the most affordable urgent care center in Santa Fe. They even gave me a discount for UHC (United). Hope you don’t need it but if you do, choose Railyard. But if you do, come here.
Amazing experience. I’m deployed here for a year for work. It is so good to feel like you doctor really cares with so many other places treating you like a number. I won’t go anywhere else.
I was quite ill yesterday, kidney infection. Dehydrated. Nothing against the kind people working there, but this is a systemic complaint- I had to wait 4 hours!! I came at 10:30 was seen at 2:30. My clinician was very nice but why is there such a wait? They need to hire more MD’s and triage like an ER.
Fantastic service! All the staff were kind and helpful. My kids were asking me when we could go back! (haha hopefully not soon!) Not the normal urgent care experience, in the best way.
I. was just happy that you guys were open . I could not imagine there would be some many people. They checked me in starting with paper work.
I filled in everything and they told me it would take me 1to 3 hour wait but it …
Unfortunately I came home from a lengthy cruise extremely ill. I came into Railyard urgent care first thing in the morning. I was seen by Dr. Troy Watson.
My case was handled in the most thorough and professional way. Dr. Watson and …
All of the staff were great! Professional, friendly, competent and knowledgeable. All the things you would want in an urgent care staff. From check in to check out, I felt completely respected and cared for. This will be my go-to urgent care from now on! Thanks to everyone at Railyard Urgent Care!
Yes there is a wait here, as there is at every walk-in clinic. However, the staff were interested and engaged with my needs. I was able to wait in my car until there was a room for me. The nurse practitioner who attended to me was kind and compassionate. I will go back here again if needed and recommend it to anyone.
Overall good experience. There is one thing however I disliked. Asking the patient “why are you needing to be seen today?” And us having to announce it loudly to you in front of a full waiting room is embarrassing. Between the plexiglass …
I wasn’t feeling well and being in the city in a meeting for a couple of days did not leave me with many options to seek medical care. It was after work hours on a weekend so I tried Railyard UC; my first time in an urgent care. I …
After a couple of days of fever and body aches I decided I better go in and get checked out. There was literally one spot left in the parking lot, so I wasn’t too hopeful about being seen. They were great, though. The desk staff let me know …
My daughter saw Dr Watson while visiting for a ski trip. He was so kind and patient as she described her respiratory symptoms. We left the office with confidence that the doctor had made the correct diagnosis and now 2 days later she’s …
Absolutely amazing service. As a tourist visiting, I did not have my insurance card with me – and in the 7 years I’ve lived in the US so far I’ve gratefully only rarely needed medical assistance so I did not even know my details off the top …
My first choice when needing any sort of urgent care. The doctors here are amazing. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the service received by the receptionist. As soon as I walked in she said it was going to be an hour and …
(Translated by Google) Fast reception, professionals. They checked us for corona in the car before they approved us to enter the clinic to see a doctor. Toilets and comfortable. Recommended when needed …
Decent staff but way too many people seeking care there, and long waits! Was told yesterday afternoon that it would be a 2-hour wait so I left. Didn’t want to sit inside a crowded waiting room with a bunch of sick folks (myself included) …
Great clinic. Always friendly and organized.

A place with compassion. Thanks
Service was great quick visit just for what I needed.
The staff are attentive and professional.
Excellent service during these extremely hard times.
Wait time is ridiculous and staff doesnt even acknowledge your there. Will never go back.
Excellent facilities and staff. Very organized and efficient without rushing.
They were methodical, skilled, and correct in their diagnosis.
Agree with the other comments. Unusually warm, personal, proactive and positive. …
Excellent, efficient and professional health care provider.
Very kind and professional staff. Beautiful facility. Definitely recommend it.
Excellent care along with very cautious covid precautions.
Very professional medical staff who explained things clearly without rushing! Front desk staff are VERY friendly!!

Found the staff immensely personable and understanding, especially Mark, who is one of the most pleasant medical professionals I have met.
Fast, friendly and professional services. Very pleased with how fast I was seen and the medical care provided. Thank you!
Excellent!!! Dr. Roy is thoughtful, efficient, and caring. The staff is efficient. I highly recommend them.
Very competent and attentive doctors and staff. Definitely best experience I’ve had with Western medicine.
They turned down my sick child had all my documentation with me and she did not want to accept it. She was just being a rude
Amazing, effecient care. Julie the MD on today was caring and awesome. If you are local or from out of town I highly recommend!
Front desk and clinical staff are fast, professional, and so caring. Dr. Mark is great with kids!
Good experience with high levels of professionalism. Offered good advice without being pushy or preachy
Took my grandson there, I was in and out within 45 min. Roy was very kind and seemed like he genuinely cared.
Don’t Don’t ever go there !!!! Worst place in the world !!! I came there with a bruised eye I could not see anything the doctor told me that he can’t see me without an ID I told them I will pay In advance and the doctor kicked me out with a …
Competent, kind doctor. I have had about 6 very positive experiences at Railyard Urgent Care
Always great attitude when we go.. me and my 4 kids and wife!! Great people!
Came in after finding i was sick from traveling. They were fast in trying to get me seenNice first customer interface, getting checkwas fast and the doctor was efficient.
Sitting in exam room. Front desk snippy. Been in here for 25 minutes. No sign of being on anyone’s radar. Going to Pres urgent care next time
Friendly staff. They communicate well. I live in Rio Rancho. It’s worth the drive.
Only went once, quick and short visit. Waited about 25 mins never saw a real Dr just a nurse who just gave me pain meds and sent me off
They were great during a serious and scary time. I am still on the mend, but appreciate their medical skills, kindness, and clear explanations.
Excellent service both from the medical staff and the front desk. They were friendly and efficient while also ensuring that everything was addressed properly. Highly recomend!
Amazing care. Compassionate Care. This place rocks. Front office is awesome, nurses are awesome, doctors are awesome.
Very compassionate. The nurse practitioner went above and beyond for my needs! Very short wait time.
Worst experience ever! Horrible parking also.
Inefficient, poorly staffed, unorganized. Waited 5 hours for someone to get a rapid covid test. Waste of time.
Very well-organized. Staff was very friendly. Mask use mandated, which is a plus.
Efficient front admin staff and pretty good rotation getting patients in and out.
Thank you!
Go to Ultimed instead! They charge less for a Covid rapid test, only $100. This place charges $135! And you won’t fond the staff to be friendly.
Wonderful compassionate care. Really appreciate their medical team esp their Nurse Practitioner.
Rude to everyone that walks through the door. Maybe try smiling and having some empathy for the sick.
Great service, excellente doctors. Yesterday I came in with a kidney infection, I felt horrible. They helped me right away, got the medication I needed and I feel better already.
Railyard Urgent Care is awesome! Helped my son in a really fast time and they were super friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Quick, competent and friendly – can’t really ask for more than that.
This was …
It is the best!! Everyone is wonderful Dr are amazing staff also great…
I wish I can give you guys a negative 10
It’s a rip off pay twice and was mis lead twice…thanks for making me more sick
Horrible wait time!!!! Waited 3 hrs for a simple checkup… Nothing Urgent here 😒 …
The staff is awesome and super professional.
BMI is not a good indicator of health and doesn’t take into account muscle mass.
I work out 5x a week for up to an hour and am on a low carb diet. Thanks for …
This place will treat you right! Other urgent cares in town are scary
Only urgent care place I will go to in town from now on.

When I …
Railyard Urgent Care is one of my favorite clinics in Santa fe. They listen, and really care for your health. I’ve been there about 5 time’s in two years (2017 – 2018). They have been absolutely nice, caring, and professional every time 👍+❤️=☺️ …

We gave this office (employees) too many stars, too quickly. We thought we saw care & efficiency, which would have resulted in continued care & healing, not the case. The day after I came to UC very ill, the Dr. called, we were very …
I have never been to an Urgent Care, I would highly recommend, like Railyard Urgent Care. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, who understood my sons needs and eased our check in. Wait time was less then …
Great doctors and staff- friendly fast service and affordable!

For Urgent minor care pretty good, took my friend in 2C them. Only had a RN on Sat am when we went. Medication prescribed worked quickly for my friend, so overall given 5stars. Staff very professional and friendly. Would recommend them. R/Fred G Santa Fe

Railyard in Santa Fe is Really the Best. Front staff is good but what’s even better is there Clinician’s always professional and fast. I have been a few times unfortunately not saying anything bad about them but Really who wants to be in …

Frustrating from start to finish. Could be good for basic medical needs, but nothing too complicated. My 17 year old daughter punctured her foot in a river. We went to Railyard Urgent Care based on the reviews we read. I went in first and …
This urgent care was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Santa Fe. Ive been to different urgent cares in here, but like I said, this was by far was best.
This is without a doubt the best urgent care facility in town. I love that they have a price list posted for those of ys who cant afford insurance. Ive never seen that at any urgent care place in the three states ive lived in! And the …

Went here December 2021 for a covid test. They billed me $200 and coded it as an office visit. Now they wont recode it to a covid assessment which would be free. Their billing department doesn’t ever call back. They don’t seem to care. They just threaten to send to collections. Don’t go here.
The staff from the front receptionists to RN’s, Dr’s and PA’s are excellent! Everybody works as a team very well coordinated. I went a wk ago for an infected wound, saw Robyn Holley FNP and she was spot on, went back yesterday for followup …
We arrived on a snowy Sunday in Santa Fe with my husband feeling terrible. We were met by a friendly front desk associate. After a short wait, Dr Ward did an excellent job in diagnosing the issue. With the prescribed medication, my …
When you can’t afford and don’t have insurance, Railyard Urgent Care is the obvious choice. A visit to the ER could easily run $1000.00, which I can’t afford. I’ve gone here a couple of times now and have gotten incredible service. Staff is great and you leave feeling like you were very well taken care of.
Worst place ever . They did not help with anything worst place ever . Left and never saw the doctor there . Would never recommend. Zero stars BYE

People, if you need medical care, go to urgent care! It’s excellent care, it’s fast, it’s affordable, and that’s the way it should be here in the US of A!
I was dreading the cost, time, and bureaucracy of getting my shoulder looked at …
Professional, fast COVID-19 testing with wait times of only about 1 hour. I talked to an MD every time for test results and questions about results. Thank you for this service to our community and for being there for our health!
I had the kindest, most appropriate and timely care I could have asked for. Roy Addington was an absolute professional and I’m so thankful for the care he gave me.
The actual experience was nice, but, the wait was rather long around two and half hours. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
I have been seen at Railyard Urgent Care twice, and both times I received exceptional service. All the staff is amazing, and the physicians are very attentive. The care was prompt and very professional. As a Nurse I know how important it is to be caring and dedicated.
I’ve had only terrific experiences at the Railyard. Visited three times and both doctors are excellent communicators and offer clear and realistic approaches to attend to urgent needs until we could get into our regular doc. Their follow up …

side note: I had gone to another facility out of town the day before and waited …
Every time I’ve gone to railyard urgent care the staff has gone above and beyond to help me. Their front desk staff is so patient, they deal with so much craziness everyday and are still so kind.
This is the first time any experience anywhere has been so bad, that I’ve written a review. Doctor was kind, but hurriedly dismissed all information I gave him about the onset of the symptoms and prescribed me something that exacerbated the …
Never thought I would be throwing down a 5 star review for an urgent care but here we are. Girls trip gone wrong and one of our friends took a spill at St. Francis on a cobble stone dip. We landed here. …
Excellent care. I have complete confidence in the Railyard Urgent Care center.

Dr. Watson and his staff are amazing!!! Best Urgent Care in Santa Fe!!!!! Thank you for taking care of my 88 year old mother ( on your day off no less) while I was visiting from Minnesota. …
Thank you Dr, Watson! You always are quick and efficient! Very thankful to have you in our community as a Doctor!
Very good experience at Railyard Urgent Care and was able to “walk-in” and see a Doc quickly. Staff is professional and efficient. My PCP in Dallas urged me to check-in at a local clinic to get care for a foot injury that worsened after 10 …
I was pretty disappointed. Went at 4:00 on a week day and it still took me about 2hrs. The doc told me I should’ve gotten a cheaper price but I was already running out of there cause of how long it had all taken. Didn’t have the energy left to haggle with the front desk lady for $30.
Came in for a pre employment drug screen. Everyone was friendly and efficient at their jobs. Thanks for being so quick!
The wait time was long, yes. But we’re in a pandemic. I’ve taken two of my kids at different times and dates. We received friendly and thorough service from all the staff. The pricing is reasonable with no surprise giant bill. I value the …
Dr W. Lesson and entire were exemplary, caring and thorough! I arrived after 5 PM with an injury to my chest. I was told that there was a two hour wait and they close at 7 o’clock and I should not worry because I will still be counted in …
Told them i had a baby sister and asked for a estimate in how long it would take. Was told a hour and a half wait, waited over 3 and a half hours, when I went to go see why it was taking so long I was rudly told to go wait in my car. …
Horrible horrible experience when in a severe emergency state. Staff was rude, left me unattended after coming in as a shell of a human in high high pain and sever back and neck injury. It’s as if the staff wanted to close the location, …
I had a health issue pop up early on a Sunday morning. Where does one go on a day where most providers are not accessible? I was very lucky living downtown. As a car-free Santa Fean, I walked to Railyard Urgent Care which is two blocks …
This is the best Urgent Care in Santa Fe, and the best Urgent Care I’ve been in all my travels across the States. Staff is kind, polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. They took me in last minute one evening after I had a nasty fall. Saved me hundreds from a potential emergency room visit.
Troy Watson was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by. He was kind, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very attentive. I had just lost my sister and he asked me how I was holding up….he was very caring and a …
On a Sunday morning the wait time was about an hour outside and then some more inside, which is not bad considering the Covid protocol. The front staff and nurse were all very friendly and patient. My bashed up knee wasn’t healing well, and …
If you value your time go somewhere else because they don’t value yours. They make you sit in your car ( 90 degrees outside ) for hours.
Firefighters actively working a wildfire in the area. Came in to get a covid …
The restrooms had no soap or Paper towels. The service was slow to get a Covid test over an hour waiting in the office area was full of patients the girls behind the counter don’t seem to know what they’re doing
I had to get a baby sitter so my partner and i could go see a doctor and we were told to wait in our car and the wait would be an hour and a half so we told the sitter we’d be back in about 3 hours max. We waited in the car for 3 hours …
Clean, calm, the doctor I saw had good knowledge and great patient care approach
From the minute we showed up we were not treated with kindness. If this is the best of Santa Fe 2020 im scared to go anywhere else! I came for a fractured food and a scraped up leg. We are not from here so we had to take the shuttle. They …
I had two visits in one weekend. First PA gently handled painful issue. She was still cheerful at end of long day, near closing time. Went back Sunday am for follow up. Second PA was good as well, printing out useful visit summary. For …
I arrived at Railyard Urgent Care 30minutes before they closed with sharp pain in my lungs as well as other symptoms. They had me stay in my car until they were ready to admit me (Covid protocol). Once inside, the staff was so kind and …
Excellent care. Said it’d be about an hour wait and I waited an hour. Check in process was smooth and the physician assistant who saw me was very knowledgeable. He shared a similar condition so actually got more information from him than from my primary care doctor. Glad I waited the hour.
I had an issue with my eye and for my first time visited The Railyard Urgent Care in Santa Fe. The team was so nice, kind and I happen to be there when they all engaged in some time to laugh and share downtime, it was really a bit of joy …
Excellent, speedy service. Friendly and professional, all the way through the process. I’m already feeling relief, and it’s only been 2 hours since I left their doors. Thank you!
We needed rapid antigen testing for travel, and this place filled our needs perfectly. We received the results quickly and the people here were very caring and competent. There was a very welcoming atmosphere created by their positive interactions with each other and their patients.
This is an amazing clinic to come to I come all the time they are friendly and caring. The only down side is you need to come before 6:30 or earlier to get in to be seen the website may say open till 7:00. But in order to see a doctor you …
Going on 2 hours and I haven’t been seen yet. Took an hour just to take my vitals. Covid positive, it’s freezing outside and I’m feverish. Sorry I came.
Very little wait, pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Very clean facility, affordable health care. Highly recommend.
I went to this place due to a rash/hives situation on my face. I was only prescribed lidocaine for treatment which made my skin very itchy. I was also referred to an allergy specialist that has terrible reviews and could not get someone on …
This is the best Urgent Care to which I have ever been! The staff is so friendly and there was no wait time. The place was so clean and lovely. Dr. Roy Addington is one of the most kind, patient, and helpful doctors and I recommend going here 100%. So grateful a place like this exists!
$267 for them to make me wait an hour and fill out paperwork while my hand was bleeding and just to tell me their x-ray machine is down. They put some soap and water on my wound and told me to go to the ER….. I guess their just like the rest of Santa Fe only here for the rich transplants…
This has been my doctor to go when I need last minute medical attention. Getting to see your doctor on demand requires waiting a week or longer. The waiting time at the Railyard seems to have increased in the four years I have used them. …
We are so grateful Today for our experience at the Railyard Urgent Care in Santa Fe, not only with the staff but especially with the most caring, considerate, & kind, Dr. William Leeson. He took the time to listen with genuine concern for my …
Five stars. Good people here. Everyone was friendly & efficient. Dr. Watson was great! He was thorough and able to diagnose and treat my condition.
The first nurse (wearing braids) was kind & helpful. …
Vert grateful to it’s staff and the NP who saw me during the time when I was sick with COVID. I don’t know what would have been of me if I hadnt been seen by an awesome nurse.. Thank you!
It was a good experience. I was glad to be able to see a doctor without an appointment and was glad I could get medication right away. It was all very efficient and professional.
Dr. Watson, you are my hero!!!!
Have had never received such an excellent, professional and caring care from any doctors before. He really CARED about my conditions and ordered tests to find causes of my sickness. Thanks to him I didn’t end up in hospital!
The desk staff let me know …
When I arrived, I was quoted an hour and a half to two hours and that’s exactly how long I waited. …
