Horrible roll out of a new billing system (took me 3 months to get a late fee that was their fault deleted). Then, an “upgrade” to our neighborhood’s system has caused multiple blowouts due to overpressure and many $$$ for homeowners to recover.
These two nimwits came out to what appeared to work on the meters/water line tests… now my water is BROWN! When I called customer service and explained what was going on, the third ninwit asked if it was something that could wait til next business day or did I consider it an “emergency “. These people are such idiots!
Living in a rural area we’ve had to coordinate with the Water District on several occasions. We’ve always found their office staff friendly and responsive. Just recently had to work through a problem with the office and Joshua was fantastic to work with; appreciated your time and communication.
We had a great experience with the people we spoke with regarding an issue . Amanda, in the engineering department answered all of our questions and helped us to get all the information we were looking for and Corynn in in another …
The customer service is horrible. We paid our bill through the phone and because of their system being wrong we have to pay a late fee. Rainbow municipal water won’t wave it because they already waved a fee for us earlier this year. …
