Caroline was unhelpful and not knowledgeable about the water system. I called to ask what psi I should be receiving to the meter, as I have low pressure at the house, and she had no idea how to find that information. I’ve been disappointed with their customer service.
The women on the phone, I think Caroline? She sounds older, is the rudest customer service rep ever. Her constantly contradicts herself and won’t give a straight answer. Get ready to waste your time since they’ll do nothing for you.

Customer service was rude and unwilling to give me an estimate as to when someone would come to my house. Seemed more concerned with protecting themselves (liability) than they were with actually helping me, their customer.
The worsiest customer service for whole my life ever. Still waiting my issue to be solved. More than 6 month, just telling that do not know when they can do it. I am planning to go further towards with that bad company. By the way to solve my issue takes 20- 30 minutes.
This company has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and that’s beyond considering they are a utility bill collector who must deal with rude people all day long. Even their notices of past-due payment are polite and understanding. I’m grateful to be in their service area.

Called about my account that said I was unpaid for 2 mo. I THOUGHT I was on auto pay. I know they were very busy, but VERY sweet & unhurried woman looked up & found out the issue. SO sweet, & didn’t just brush me off or say a quick, fake, thank you. Great experience. It actually was another time too. Thank you guys.

Apparently Washington Water Service needed to adjust the service box and just left all of the mud and grass in my front yard. Pretty pathetic in my opinion especially since I have one of the nicest yards in the development.
We found a pipe leak next to our house. Couldn’t find our water shutoff because cable company buried it. Chris from WA water service came out, found the shut off and even found source of leak. He was extremely helpful, along with the guy answering the phones. Appreciate their prompt response!
