During my mother-in-law’s stay the second floor nursing staff were very polite and helpful. Crystal, who was one of her assigned nurses, was especially helpful and helped my mother-in-law feel at ease.
Absolute disaster. I waited for 2 hours to be seen and was treated awfully. I have been billed multiple times by separate collection agencies on behalf of Raleigh that “they don’t work with” for the same exact amount. It is a fraud show of incompetent and rude staff.
You are probably better off just buying street drugs than going here. Be prepared to spend at least 1-2 days just waiting to be seen. When you are seen it will definitely be by someone that barely passed courses at a local high school. If you are thinking of being seen here I will just keep you in my prayers.
