Excellent experience every time we go. It’s actually very hard to find anything wrong with this location. I’ve had a couple mediocre doctor interactions, but if this happens to you, pick another doctor! Your find the outstanding ones quickly!!

Doctors and staff are warm, caring and efficient without being pushy to get you out the door. I always feel like we have excellent care here and my experiences have always been timely with concern to wait times for appointments.
I was told that due to Medicaid pay out they do not allow medicaid patients. I am appalled by the fact that they are happy to make people feel that they are lesser, because of their insurance. “It’s a private practice and we can do what we want”. How awful! These are children.
convenient location. Many doctors available and most that We have seen are experienced. The biggest complaint is the wait. Two appointments and I arrived 20 min early to both but still had to wait a long time. Please try and space them them out so your patients aren’t waiting so long.

We’ve been taking both of our children here for several years now. They are easy to work with, billing is straightforward (whether using insurance or paying out of pocket), it is easy to get forms and documents, and above all else they get great care.
I can’t say enough about Nicole Parkerson, MD! Discovered her years back at a Wake-Med conference on tweens & was so impressed by her warmth, charisma. We go to the Garner office normally and I am so glad we do. This office is supposedly open today but we have not been able to make an appointment after being on hold for 20 minutes now.
