Continual problems with water quality.

Constantly under a boil water advisory and the water is often discolored, never an explanation as to why.
They made a mistake and cut my water off, and it was in a Saturday when they’re closed Sunday and I cannot get in contact until Monday.
My kids baths are brown. The quality of water is foul.

Taking a shower in this foul smelling liquid requires a staunch disposition.

I have lived in Ramsey for 5 years now and we are on a boil water advisory every other month for days at a time. I think there management are ex employees from Flint, Michigan .
Horrible customer service. The office receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. The water is also brown way too often. It’s 2019 you would think we would have better water quality and service by now.

Water shut off due to no payment. Just moved in to the place, without mail box installed just yet I didn’t even get a warning saying it would be. Have before but not this time. $100 bucks more to get it back on. You are kidding me right?
Absolutly terrible customer service. Half the time the water comes out of the tap brown. When I called about it, they said nothing could be done. Why am I paying for water I cant use? I actually called and got an estimate to have a well drilled on my property today so I won’t have to deal with them any more.

My water has never been brown once. I always have had a good experience with Ramsey Water staff. They are very helpful and polite. I also understand that it’s not their fault when a line breaks because it could be caused by several factors of people building or the cold weather. Keep up the good work!
