Extremely overpriced compared to other internet, phone and TV companies. They have a monopoly on the rural areas in and around Randolph County including surrounding counties.
We have had Randolph Telephone for the past 19 years, and they have always been there, every time we have had a problem, they would be right there to help us, Randolph Telephone is the best. Would very highly recommend to anyone to give Randolph Telephone a try you would be very pleased.
After waiting a couple months for fiberoptic cable still slow service! What a waste of money I was charged for this and the $112.00 a month. I’m done!
If you like slow internet.. even with fiber optic, this is the service for you! We have no other options, so we are stuck with this provider. Terrible!
$110/month for 6mb dsl (I’m lucky to get 3mb) and phone. Only game in town and they know it so they gouge the customers that need the service. If you’re thinking about moving into the area, check to make sure there are other options. If there isn’t and you need it, you better go elsewhere.
Internet service is horrible. I pay $150 a month for fiber service that is very inconsistent. The only reason I have not switched providers is because there is none other available.
If I could go below 1 star, I would. For starters, the internet will knock out randomly for 5-10 minutes every hour. This is not on my end. 3mbps download for $60 is ridiculous. Terrible. It’s basically a scam. Awful support. Literally does nothing. Stay away.
