  1. Extremely overpriced compared to other internet, phone and TV companies. They have a monopoly on the rural areas in and around Randolph County including surrounding counties.

  4. $110/month for 6mb dsl (I’m lucky to get 3mb) and phone. Only game in town and they know it so they gouge the customers that need the service. If you’re thinking about moving into the area, check to make sure there are other options. If there isn’t and you need it, you better go elsewhere.

  5. Internet service is horrible. I pay $150 a month for fiber service that is very inconsistent. The only reason I have not switched providers is because there is none other available.
