This is a great provider. My old company used them for years. Their techs would be fixing the problem before we new we had one.
Well can’t tell you about there service since I have none. Was sold product, they took my money and been waiting on install. Nobody cares, salesperson made his sale, installation dept needs attitude adjustment.
Terrible customer service. Speeds that you overpay for, they can’t deliver. Virtually zero communication within their company. Avoid Rapid Systems at all costs.

I call customer service about 15 times a week and always get the “there’s any outrage in Lithia” response. I will cancel my service as soon as it is normal business hours tomorrow. I highly do not recommend this company if you live in “the Lithia area” I cannot say for any other area.

Rapid provides service to me at an enterprise level. They are always available to help and their reliability, to date, has been exceptional. This place is unfriendly. Their internet is slow. We pay them 99.99 a month and we’re downloading at 25. My son is at 650 and pays 49.99.
