Poor Customer service! Poor business practices. Not sure what changed in the last 2 yrs that Ive had service with them.
Excellent water quality. It’s awesome living WAY out in the country & having city water.
Office gals are always helpful. Never been there before, just do everything over the phone.
If your closed on New Years Day, your recording should say so instead of ” please hold and an operator will be with you shortly” Your recording also says, if you’d like to leave a message…well I couldn’t even do that. I’m having issues paying my bill on line and nobody there to assist. Very frustrating
We have enjoyed the best tasting, highest quality water to our home.since moving in 4 years ago. Additionally, they have always provided quality service when needed!

Nice site, the island view has working outlets for crockpots. The restrooms seemed to be in good order.
Our tap water smells like it came straight from a farm pond. It tastes awful! When heated it forms a funky film on top so boiling it to make it taste better doesn’t work at all. If it’s safe to drink why do my “tummy troubles” go away when I stop drinking it.
