Brought family member to ER for psych eval and have been waiting for going on 5 hours for tri county to get here to eval them. I could have sat at home in a chair and stared at my family member like these nurses have been doing for the past 5 hours. This is beyond ridiculous!!!!
Lady at the front is rude. Went to the restroom came back my woman was taking back into a room. They refused to let me go back even though I was sitting with her and checked her in. The nurse was rude also. Very poor attitude from everyone. Will not be coming. That’s for sure!
