I was not pleased with the chilly greeting I got from one of your receptionists on the left side of the window. I never experienced that before. No smile. Very businesslike. Maybe she was under pressure. I prefer a reception who has a pleasant voice and makes me feel welcome! The other staff members were great!
Overall everything went smoothly & very quick. Front desk check-in person was professional but could’ve smiled & been more friendly. Did feel a little rushed & forgot to mention a new lesion I wanted checked out besides the ones that were addressed. Kelly was extremely nice as was her assistant.
