The worse electric company ever I pay over 100 and my bill is still over a 100 I’m never home but my bill is so high… they made me pay in full of 220 when I had 100 they couldn’t help me till tomorrow where my fridge items well defrost and I have 2 little kids and I’m a single mother smh people suck!

I’ve had a good experience with RMLD as a provider. Their rates are reasonable, any issues I’ve had have been attended to quickly, and communication from their end has been good. My only knock against them is that they don’t participate in Mass Save.
