  1. Online account access and payment system is excessive, clumsy, and outdated. It more difficult to login and navigate my Recology account than it is to log into my credit cards, checking accounts or mortgages. It’s not just because these are bigger businesses because RVS and Rogue Disposal are also easy to access and navigate.
