Lousy Customer Service! Put on hold for more than 5 minutes three times on a Tuesday morning at 10:00 am and then directed to a answering machine each time!! Need to either ‘dump’ their motto of people, service etc etc or start ACTING on it!!!
Driver sometimes doesn’t pick up bins and when they do, they don’t empty it all the way or leave trash in the street that we have to clean up. Not very good service and it’s sad there aren’t other options so you wouldn’t be forced to use them.
Their website is a complete joke. Paying bills online is a nightmare. First its a pain to set up an online account, then they de-activate the online account no reason. They asked to re-enroll again which is impossible as website keeps failing with message as “Information is invalid”.

They returned my call within two hours! Very pleased when got the schedule day for free pick up of my old sofa.
Free large item pickups are great. Drivers are courteous in my experience. They have even come back around to get my trash when I forgot one morning!
