Dose not do what was promised. can almost never get anyone on phone and when you do its pulling teeth to get them to promise anything then fall to do what they promise. if there was anyone else I would change providers
Now $3 a bag to accept styrofoam? Seriously??? How in the world could it cost that much to resell it to the recycler? This kind of unreasonable pricing will just make people put it in the landfill bin or the recycle bin and make it somebody else’s problem.

Disappointed in safety. Asked me to go in the work zone. I did not have a hard hat nor safety shoes.

Been waiting three months for a recycling bin and a bigger garbage bin, I’m constantly being told that I should be getting one any day now and nothing shows up so I call back they’re response is always they’re out of bins. This is getting ridiculous.
We have the best garbage collection person, McKenzie Moorhead. He is wonderful at navigating the streets that basically become one lane due to cars parking on both sides. My only complaint is trying to call the office, the hold times are extremely long.

We forgot to put our garbage cans out this morning. Came home and saw the empty cans sitting in our driveway… they were so kind to drive up our long driveway, find our garbage cans and empty them for us even though we forgot to set them out! Couldn’t believe the service!! Very much appreciate it!

Very difficult to contact. Cannot get a hold of them to pick up the rental dumpster I rented from them! Sheesh
