  8. I go here and have never had a problem with bad traffic or delays going in or out of here and I go maybe every 4 months they keep it pretty nice where you drive in I like not driving over broken glass and debris when going to the dump

    When you pay for garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup every week, you would expect your bins to be fully emptied every week. This is almost never the case.

  10. Ridiculous only one person getting trucks in and out. Dumped my trash now waiting in a line of 35 trucks to get out and pay. They never have more than one person in the booth.

    Mixed loads, no problem. It was always worth drive to avoid the McCourtney transfer station with long lines and militant like enforcement.

  15. Never had a problem with how clean the entire facility and always had great service on the phone,they ancer all calls quickly when ever I called….love to bring my recycling as well with a clean hand washing sink…. great job you guys running recology!!!! I give it a full 5 star .

  16. When you have to wait two hours in line JUST TO LEaVE! Hire more employees!! Do something to fix your system because having 40 trucks in a lime waiting to leave the dump is just ridiculous!

  28. This is a place I would not recommend anyone visit. The wait times can be up to 2 hours, for no apparent reason, and 2/3 of the of the people are very rude. All that being said there are no other options unless you want to drive to Butte or Sierra county’s.
