Charged us to move a dumpster without asking first. Decided that because we had the dumpster for longer than 10 days jacked up the weight on the dumpster to make up for the loss. After over 10 dumpsters with them this is how they treated us. CROOKS!!!
This place is unbelieveable, they recycle everything in bulk and have huge processors to take care of shredding and dicing and crushing and chipping. Beautiful mulch, all chipped from locally recycled stuff. GO there.
Dreadful service on the part of the office ladies, they treat without any respect, threatened me saying that my name is in their system and that they know who I am; the waiting time for a container is a ridiculous amount, I don’t recommend this service for anyone

This is absolutely false! I asked to provide the pictures taken and was told the driver didn’t have any. Now on the other hand I do have the pictures and video to prove our garbage was out. Very sad! Soon pics will be posted. And my service was not terminated I cancelled because of repeated non pick ups.
Reliable and punctual company. I use them for my residential garbage/recyclable pickup. They recently updated their recyclable bins to the larger toters which are much better. I’d recommend them to anyone.
We really like the customer service, have had no issues. The only problem is that you never know what time they will pick up, sometimes it is morning, sometimes not till quite late in the afternoon. Otherwise much more pleasant to deal with than Royal Carting. I have been trying to get neighbors to switch.
