The people who do the pickups run the show and decide where and when to pick up. I’ve called customer service ten times this year due to missed pickups and they tell me the drivers “should have “ made the pickup, the drivers chose not to. There have been no change so I am done with recyclops.
Fell apart when they took over recycling in Heber. I’ve probably had about 4-5 times when they didn’t even pick up my recycling. Wish we had other options!
