Customer service is poor they only work when they want to , they never fix the issue. I do not recommend.
Service is terrible constantly dropping, charge overly priced $100 a month and there no other service around, so have no other choice but to get bad service and pay money to a company who don’t even care about the consumer.
Never answer the phone have the wrong times posted on the website for when they’re open and the people who they use for their call center is a joke forget about trying to log into my portal that doesn’t work either just trying to pay my bill

Went in to to their office in plumber to get our internet service. The entire staff there were fantastic people.
WiFi barely ever gets over 3-4 mbps even tho I’m paying for 25 mbps. Such a joke to even consider them as “high speed internet”. And definitely overcharging everyone for internet since they are the only option for a lot of people.

I’ve been their customer since day one…I even pre pay my bills… absolutely horrible service lately.. they left me hanging with little or no service for over 2 weeks.. they really don’t care… they still refuse to own it… however tammy is great there… she does seem to care…
We pay for 10 mbps a month and consistently are receiving an average of 3-4 if not less. We have talked and talked to them and get nowhere. Frustrating cause they’re our only option and our child needs wifi for schoolwork. They know they have our community held hostage cause they are the only providers. Makes me so upset

Installers were wonderful. Later moved antenna from wall to pole mount, and the staff provided extra mount at no additional cost. After several months of service, Red Spectrum doubled our connection speed for no additional cost. Service …
80 dollars a month for slow internet for the 50% of the time it might work.. I’ve asked multiple times for them to come check my equipment since the rooftop satellite is at least 10 years old, no response. I’m dropped constantly and it is absolutely NOT worth it. Red Spectrum Communications is known for poor service quality. The customer service is abysmal. I called for issues with my internet going in and out constantly. It took 2 months for a tech to call and the call just to set up an appointment for a week later. SMH… Unfortunately for red spectrum Starlink is coming to the area soon!

Poor service.it’s always in and out and maybe works 40% of the time. Getting techs out for service checks are close to impossible and then they never get issues fixed and always blame interruptions on Mica Peak towers. Not impressed by what they have to offer and will be switching to something else.
