No wait time in er waiting room, got in a room and taken care of by nurses and Dr quickly. Compared to over 4 hr + wait time in Bangor hospital waiting room alone.
Go in with pressure on chest and shortness of breath from my bronchitis and told by triage that I seem ok right now
If you can survive another 25 mins, drive right past this hospital to waterville hospitals. This place is jacked up from medical services all the way to the billing dept.
I truly appreciate each employee that I met today in this facility. Everyone was consistently kind, engaged and warm. It was comforting to feel their efforts – I don’t know how they do it!! Thank you all so much!
