HORRIBLE!! Wish could choose my trash company!!! They never send out invoices! Said they would email them as well and never have! Charged way more than I was ever told. Never even let me know my late payment wasn’t enough and shut off my service without telling me!!!
Website is terrible! Went on google maps to get directions and the website said closed at 5pm. I showed up at 4:30 and they shut the gates? After my phone conversation with the “Hard to understand telemarketers” I concluded that all of us citizens who pay their salary are wrong, not the websit. Wish I had better options.
One of the finer places to dispose of unwanted items Clean, fast , expedient, don’t forget your rake, broom, and TARP YOUR LOAD the munchkin at the inspection line has ‘short man syndrome” work with him and you won’t have any problems.

Be careful when you contract this company because they have many “ficticius charges” and when you ask them why all those charges they answer “if you don’t like our service you can canceled and pay the fee for cancelation. The worst customer service!

The garbage truck drivers have one job to pick up trash and they’ve missed mine 3 times and i have never had a late payment or a missed bill they are terrible. Ive never had this happen in any of the places ive lived.
Terrible customer service. I forgot to pay the bill and my service was suspended I then paid the amount due the day before my trash pickup date and they didn’t pick up my bin. My account was in good standing on the pick up date but they did not pick it up.
