  2. HORRIBLE!! Wish could choose my trash company!!! They never send out invoices! Said they would email them as well and never have! Charged way more than I was ever told. Never even let me know my late payment wasn’t enough and shut off my service without telling me!!!

  8. The garbage truck drivers have one job to pick up trash and they’ve missed mine 3 times and i have never had a late payment or a missed bill they are terrible. Ive never had this happen in any of the places ive lived.

  9. Terrible customer service. I forgot to pay the bill and my service was suspended I then paid the amount due the day before my trash pickup date and they didn’t pick up my bin. My account was in good standing on the pick up date but they did not pick it up.
