Absolutely incompetent at doing boat loans.
They’re friendly, knowledgeable and as quick as they can be. Plus, free coffee if you get there early enough.
The staff here is friendly and fast. I rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes for basic withdraws or deposits.
Couldn’t ask for a better place to bank and they have great customer service.
Stationed overseas. They continually freeze debit card or bank transactions even after telling them that I am out of the country. Card is frozen I’m in another country and they’re not open until Monday morning to help me. It’s Saturday.

Great bank and great people. I just don’t understand why if the bank says that funds are available on a date that it is not available at 12:01am of that date. Why are the clocks at the bank off by 2 to 3 hours in the am.

The guys at the Wynn Dr branch are super competent, friendly, and efficient. RFCU is good enough as it is, but the staff at this branch are what really brings it up to a 10. If you’ve had a bad experience with the one on Mills Rd, come visit these guys. It’s worth the drive.
