Thought the low reviews must be undeserved, but I found out the hard way they were not Front staff is unprofessional, unhelpful & discourteous. The professionals in the back take their sweet time getting to you – the meaning of “appointment t” is lost on this place.
The female staff “in charge” is rude and will hang up on you when you ask questions. I get being frustrated with your job but when people are waiting on lab results that could possibly change their life, it’s unprofessional to treat them like they are on your nerves.
Terrible place! They don’t have any translation system and the receptionist made us look bad with all the people in the waiting room by calling us out to the lobby just to tell us that and reprimanded us for speaking Spanish inside. My friends patient right of being respected and non discriminated were totally violated!

I had the most wonderful experience. I am Clostophobic and needed an MRI Lisa made me feel so comfortable through it all, even taking time the day before to speak with me. A truly caring staff! I highly recommend Reed’s Imaging this was my second visit and the experience was great both times. Thanks
If you have high deductible insurance like me you need to search for affordable options for tests and x-rays etc. Thankfully my oncologist gave me two names to call for chest x-rays he ordered. Reed was closest so I called and they priced …
Horrible service! I’ve been waiting 12 days for x-ray results. I’m glad nothing is broken or anything terribly wrong with me . OMG , i’ve worked in the medical field for 25 years and this is completely unacceptable service. I would definitely take my care elsewhere.

Don’t go here. No human decency. They just want your money. Denied service because I could not pay my deductible. Verified is not procedure with insurance company.

This is not a place with the latest equipment or gadgets but they can do the job cheaper than the hospitals
