  1. Thought the low reviews must be undeserved, but I found out the hard way they were not Front staff is unprofessional, unhelpful & discourteous. The professionals in the back take their sweet time getting to you – the meaning of “appointment t” is lost on this place.

  2. The female staff “in charge” is rude and will hang up on you when you ask questions. I get being frustrated with your job but when people are waiting on lab results that could possibly change their life, it’s unprofessional to treat them like they are on your nerves.

They don’t have any translation system and the receptionist made us look bad with all the people in the waiting room by calling us out to the lobby just to tell us that and reprimanded us for speaking Spanish inside.   7. Horrible service! I’ve been waiting 12 days for x-ray results. I’m glad nothing is broken or anything terribly wrong with me . OMG , i’ve worked in the medical field for 25 years and this is completely unacceptable service. I would definitely take my care elsewhere.
