  1. They don’t answer the phone after 5. If you have a medical emergency, you can’t check to see if they’ll cover it – after 5.

  2. Blue cross blue shield has the worst customer service I have ever worked with. There system is extremely flawed. Maybe its because competition doesn’t matter anymore.

  3. They don’t respond. And also, in some cases if you pay the cash price at a urgent care will be cheaper than what you will get billed in the end with Regence.

  7. I have received the absolute best Care, Customer Service and would recommend Regency to my family and friends. Anytime I have a question or an issue I get an immediate, friendly response and resolution. Best care I’ve ever received. I’m a member for life!

  8. My family and I have always been well cared for on their plans. Costs more than others but coverage is much better. Not for profit business model matters to me too – their people help when you call them.

  9. If you have #lipedema this company WiLL not cover you and they will not let you appeal. If you need surgery to remove the lipedema choose another health plan from another company. There ARE companies that will cover #lipedema removal in the pacific northwest. I know, I used another company.

  10. I have coverage through my husbands work, so luckily our costs have remained steady and pretty low, but I have been pretty happy with their wide range of coverage and good customer support. I did have them make one clerical error, which was a pain to address but overall I feel grateful to have their coverage.

Get state insurance before you pay them to do nothing. Unless you are in and out of the hospital over three times a year it will be worth nothing. They will not pay for ANYTHING.
