  2. The front desk lady acted like I was stupid because I asked if she could look up and see if they took my insurance. I don’t care if they do or not at this point I shouldn’t have been treated like that.

  3. This place is a joke , the people working here are self serving , arrogant , belligerent and incompetent all rolled together.
    Do yourself and family a huge favor and go almost anywhere else to be treated with dignity and respect , none here.

  4. Dr Moore was great with my kids, the reason I am only giving two stars is because this is not a kid friendly place, nothing in the waiting room for them and the assistant that took my girls back and did the initial eye check was not friendly with them and was quite rude

  5. Didn’t get called in until one and a half hours past my friends appointment, then was back in surgery over an hour and a half. Its RIDICULOUS and I’ll be sure neverto go back.

  6. Dr Sherrod is very professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain & answer questions. Staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early and didn’t have to wait.

  7. I was apprehensive prior to having cataract surgery in both eyes. Need not worry. The whole process was seamless , well orchestrated with no pain whatsoever. Dr. Brown and his staff are to be commended.

  8. Very thorough eye exam by Dr Moore. He and all the office staff were very professional and very friendly. There was not a wait in the office and the appointment ran smoothly. I have bad eyesight but after my appointment I was able to see clearly for the first time in a few years! Highly recommended

  11. Treated very well and couldn’t be any happier with how well my cataract surgery went. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. Dr. Sherrod is friendly and personable and most importantly, cares. Very pleased with my experience.

  15. Horrible customer service. The optical shop messed up my glasses and then was absolutely rude and tried to bully me. I had to return twice to try and get the glasses fixed to no avail. Do not come here! Ended up having to file a chargeback because the optic shop refused to give a refund even though they had possession of the glasses.
