  4. I wish my insurance would change to another supplier. They are the worst. The staff is rude, condescending, and unhelpful on even the basic issues. You can’t get even the slightest thing done with them. Everything is a battle.

  5. Avoid at all cost. They have been caught in the past using unlicensed untrained respiratory therapist putting thousands of lives at risk. They do not care about your health only your money. Just Google a little news report by Joe shortsleeve. That will explain everything.

    Service today should be better than that. I can understand the low customer service ratings.

  7. Stay away. Deceptive and inaccurate billing for items never received. The staff is unhelpful and often unwilling to assist. They will not work with or accept most health insurance plans and only inform you of this months later. They were ordered to pay $230k to Massachusetts in 2014 for fraudulent practices.
