Regional Utilities is literally the WORST utility company I have ever dealt with. If you live in the SRB area you have no choice but to deal with them…so leaving a review doesn’t really do much good but their so called “Customer Service” people are typically rude and don’t give 2 craps since they have a monopoly anyway. Chad came out this morning after I was notified that there was a leak at my property. My place is a rental so I was not on site. He kept me informed of his findings and gave great advice about the next steps to take. Thank you Chad!!!

Sonia was SO incredibly helpful and called me back twice just to make sure everything went through ok! I’ve always dreaded calling this company but she has turned it all around! And the new improvements on the website are great too!!!
