  1. Our MC record on FMCSA was incorrectly updated by a 3rd party insurer that had nothing to do with us. This error shut us down with RMIS for days and no exception/escalation was provided even though all other parties were more cooperative and timely. This is very a very disappointing policy. RMIS is bad for the industry.
