I had no issues with company on getting me the electric wheelchair my only issue is the seat isn’t comfortable and the foot rest doesn’t work at all for my foot but overall I’m thankfully for them helping me with my ability to be mobile again
The chair was to be light weight but actually weighed more than the loaner. Also, the chair should have been the same width as the loaner…it will go through the bathroom door but scrapes the doorway.

I’m more comfortable and can get up from the chair easier. Headrest has to be adjusted constantly and the foot rest pushes my knees up to my chest so it’s uncomfortable to recline, or elevate my legs.
