Horrible customer service… Stephanie I’m gussing is the owner is very unprofessional. If you speak with anyone regarding service, they always say Stephanie will call back which she never does. Also, she will tell you that you as a customer never call. She constantly talk over customer. No respect or professionalism.

Good people doing a good job. They are very concerned with doing the job right and make many efforts to make sure their customers are happy with their services. You will be happy using them!
They told me they could do a job, and then never did the job. They also never contacted me to let me know that the job had not been done. When I called to ask why the job hadn’t been completed they were extremely rude.
We currently use Reliable Sanitation for curbside valet service for our townhouse complex and they have been doing a fabulous job. We have been using them for well over 7 months now. Keep up the great work!!!

Always great customer service. Always pleasant and professional on the phone. Never any issues with pickup of my trash. They do a great job.
They did not pick up my trash on the day it was scheduled and when I called to let them know the error, they said they would not send a trash truck to Fulton County unless I bagged my trash that’s in the can. At times the rep was being condescending as she has been in the past, I’m just over them.

My trash was not picked up as scheduled, however, my neighbors trash was picked up, even trash that was sitting on the curb in trash bags.
