Called to speak with the on call nurse, did not receive a call back (over 6 hours). After many calls back to the office the receptionist said the nurse called a number that is not affiliated with my information. Then I was placed on hold until the facility closed and the call was never picked up. I waited 30 minutes.

I’ve been a lifelong member of Southborough Medical Group. I’ve always had great care, and even now that I have appointments twice a month I’ve only had one billing issue which was very easily fixed.

We have been at this location for 30years. When it was Southboro Medical Group we had excellent and efficient care and service. Since Reliant has taken over it has gone steadily downhill.
They are so on top of things. Prescriptions are called in almost immediately. My mother who is almost 90 loves dealing with them. They are the most professional and calmest group of medical professionals we have ever seen.
The orthopedic group might as well have children running the place. Had to ask 3 times for a copy of a letter sent to my workplace. Took them 10 days to send it to me.
